If you need to return any stock, please notify us by sending a message via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving goods, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for return. If the item is faulty or damaged please ensure you return it within 7 days of receiving it and also provide a photo of the fault. Aku Boutique will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customization or alteration.

All returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.
Returning goods by registered/insured post is recommended and please keep the receipt until we confirm the receipt of goods.
Aku Boutique is not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods, however if goods are faulty the postage charges will be credited back in 7 working days after receiving the goods.
Aku Boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
Refunds will be made once the items are received by Aku Boutique.
Aku Boutique reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault.
Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment.
Refunds can take approximately fourteen working days to reflect in your account.
